Shipping policy

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, you may experience delivery delays. Our logistics carriers are experiencing a large increase in shipping volume, and are committed to making deliveries in a safe manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY TIME

All items are made-to-order and take about 1 to 4 days to manufacture. The estimated delivery date is listed on each item page. The date your order ships by and the shipping method you choose will dictate your order delivery date. Your order confirmation email will also include the estimated delivery date.

All estimated delivery dates are calculated based on average manufacturing times and your selected shipping method, and do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.

Shipping details:

We ship most products within 3-5 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:

  • USA: 2-5 business days
  • USA Expedited: 1-2 Business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • UK, most of EU: 3-7 business days

If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days (15 days if within the EU) from the date shipped, you may contact Support for further investigation.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free Shipping on standard Shipping. Other shipping option are available. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • USA Standard : 
  • USA Expedited: $12.99
  • Europe & UK: 39.99

Shipping Carriers

For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class with tracking.

For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.

For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.

Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.

All International domestic mail carriers operate a little differently. Please be aware that some may have reduced tracking facilities.
